Alert! The 2009 Franschhoek Literary Festival gets underway tomorrow morning, with dozens of literary and other events for lovers of the arts to feast upon.
As of this morning, many of the sessions at the FLF were approaching “sold out” status – but several more still have room. For a snapshot of what’savailable, visit the main bookings page at Webtickets:
For those who prefer spontaneity, tickets will be available for purchase (at R60 each) at the Franschhoek Town Hall – the FLF nerve centre – throughout the festival’s three days. Remember, all proceeds go to the FLF’s library fund.
As always, BOOK SA will be there bringing you live updates, this year across three feeds:
We’ll braid everything together on our front page at book.co.za, so keep visiting to stay in touch with one of South Africa’s premier literary weekends.
