Literary Evening with Mike Nicol and Deon Meyer at Welgemeend
Join crime writers Mike Nicol (Black Heart; Monkey Business) and Deon Meyer (7 Dae; Trackers) at Welgemeend for a literary evening in support of the Ngamo School Library Project.
All proceeds from the event will go towards stocking a library for the Ngamo Primary and Secondary School in Zimbabwe and the I Am Living Trust in South Africa. Donations of school-level secondhand books will also be appreciated. For more on this event see www.randomstruik.co.za.

Shakedown! On the evening of 7 August Mike Nicol and Deon Meyer take a blood safari through the maniacs, music and menus of their killer countries….. Join us for a fun and exciting evening at the beautiful homestead of Welgemeend in the City Bowl (map provided on ticket) with these two well known crime writers. Tickets cost R200 and include wine sponsored by Spier and delectable snacks. And it’s for a great cause – the I am Living Trust in SA and the Ngamo Schools library in Zimbabwe.
