Audio Fiction Friday: Niq Mhlongo Reads “Betrayal in the Wilderness”

After TearsDog Eat DogNiq Mhlongo, author of Dog Eat Dog and After Tears, is one of the authors involved in the Radio Books collaboration between the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown and DeBuren, a Flemish-Dutch cultural institution.

Five South African authors, including Mhlongo, were commissioned to write a short story and record it for Radio Books. Mhlongo’s story, “Betrayal in the Wilderness”, is about a couple on holiday in the Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve and their experience with the inhospitable wilderness:
