Sunday Times Books LIVE

Win a Pile of Books for Books LIVE’s Birthday!

Today is World Book Day, and Books LIVE’s birthday! To celebrate, we’re giving away a big pile of books.

All you have to do to win is guess how many books there are in the pile … but beware! Looks – and books – may be deceiving.

Let us know your answer on our Facebook or Twitter pages, or in the comments below (sign up here). If you like, you can wish us a happy birthday at the same time. No pressure.

We’ll announce the winner tomorrow morning (Friday, 24 April, 2015)

Books LIVE is turning eight this year, which, according to development milestones, means we should be able to converse at an almost adult level, that our thinking is organised and logical, and that “reading may be a major interest”. Sounds good to us.

Have a look at our birthday posts over the years, back to when Ben Williams launched the site as BOOK SA seven years ago:

Happy Birthday dear Books Live - Modjaji's age mate. Rock on!
My guess is 26 books. Although there could be more books hidden behind the ones we can see. So my second guess is 50 books. Second guesses prolly aren't allowed? But still.
