   well, just skimmed.... It's an interesting 'business' model but maybe better not to try sell stuff that people don't want to buy. If it were available in dead tree I'd probably be tempted to buy it so's I could enjoy it all, lying on my back on the couch, feet up - 'specially pg 66's, "Tucked behind an Ear like an Ear of Corn"
